Description

On April 4th 2024 the first cosmological constraints from the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) were made public.

Using the first year of DESI data (May2021-June2022) we have measured the BAO distance to 7 different redshifts with an integrated precision of 0.5%, and this has allowed us to provide the new state-of-the-art in terms of dark energy equation of state and the sum of the neutrino masses.

In this seminar we sill review the results presented.
