At IFAE, we have put in place several actions aiming to improve the work environment. They have been announced through different channels and include the existence of a safety and equality committee as well as an Ombudsperson. There are also programs that have been organized or are being planned in order to provide psychological support or information of how supervisors should interact with students. I will summarise them and provide the contact points.
