High frequency gravitational waves have recently garnered significant interest, not least because they might be the best way of probing the earliest times in the history of our universe. Leveraging the significant efforts that have been made to search for axion dark matter at radio frequencies using resonant cavities, we examine the capabilities of such experiments for gravitational waves. In particular, we will discuss the sensitivity of current axion experiments such as ADMX and HAYSTAC to gravitational waves. Future approaches aimed at frequencies between those measured at interferometers and resonant cavities will also be discussed.
