Description

Quantum annealing is a promising technology for solving optimization problems in quantum computing. Like other quantum computing technologies, its development faces technical challenges, such as maintaining coherence, increasing speed, and improving precision. In this talk, I will focus on a novel readout circuitry specifically designed for the quantum annealing process, based on a dc-SQUID-based resonator that allows for direct measurement of a flux qubit current. I will review the fundamental concepts of quantum computing, including flux qubit technology and analog quantum computing, as well as present the design of the resonator. Finally, I will conclude with a discussion of future directions in the development of this promising new readout circuitry
