The IFAE gender Committee has recently evolved to the broader scope of the Equity, Diversity and Integration committee.The new committee composition and scope captured in its new web page will be briefly presented. One of the tasks of the committee was to evaluate the IFAE Welcoming system for newcomers. On 17th of May, a survey was sent aiming at collecting ideas on how to improve the system in anticipation of next autumn and to probe the general interest in organizing more social activities at IFAE. Results will be presented, followed by a discussion.
