Description
At IFAE, we have put in place several actions aiming to improve the work environment. They are announced through different channels and include the existence of a safety and EDI committee as well as and Ombudsperson. There are also programs like providing psychological support or workshops on how to interact with students for supervisors. I will summarise them and provide the contact points.
