Primordial Relics: Topological Defects and Black Holes

During the universe's early moments, fascinating phenomena known as topological defects emerged, which continue to influence our understanding of the cosmos. This talk will explore how these defects—like magnetic monopoles, cosmic strings, and domain walls—interact surprisingly, leading to "erasure phenomena." These interactions can shape the formation of gravitational waves and other cosmic signals, shedding light on the universe's evolution.

We will also discuss an intriguing connection between topological defects and black holes through entities known as Saturons. These unique structures, which reach a state of maximum entropy while still obeying fundamental physical laws, exhibit properties similar to black holes, such as thermal evaporation and information retrieval. Examining the relationship, we aim to deepen our understanding of the universe's history and underlying physics.
