In January 2016, IFAE’s senior scientists met in a 2-day retreat to discuss a strategy for the next 5-10 years. After further discussions within IFAE’s directorate and at two Advisory Group meetings, the conclusions were presented to a senior meeting last month, leading to a document with conclusions and actions. I will briefly review the process and present the final document.
