Description
IFAE has invested many resources at Microelectronic Packaging machines and at the building of the Microelectronic Clean Room. Also this 2017 has just inaugurated two new clean rooms aimed for Setups and for instrumentral assemblies under clean air and humidty control. Devoted not only for internal IFAE projects, but also for external orders. In this speech we will brief of the Microelectronic Packaging Machines capabilities, and will show you some semiconductor packaging examples done at the IFAE Clean Room.
