Description
Once upon a time, there was a muon traveling on a ring under a strong magnetic field. Oh, the muon suddenly started to feel weird, like spinning and nodding, to finally decay, waw! What the muon didn't know at that time was that its journey across the ring is the nightmare (and the hope) of many physics. Why, you ask? In this last talk of the semester, a brief overview of the main episodes of the muon journey will be related, a bit of past and present, and hopefully a lot of future. For all publics.
