Recent experimental measurements hint for large violations of lepton-flavor universality in B-meson decays, the so-called B-anomalies. New physics explanations of the anomalies generically imply large effects also in other observables, both at low-energies and at high-pT. I will present a new physics scenario able to address these anomalies and discuss its smoking-gun signatures. The possible connection of these anomalies with the SM flavor puzzle will also be addressed.
