Description

Black holes posses an extraordinary capacity of storing quantum information. We shall discuss an evidence that black holes are not alone in this and that analogous properties are exhibited by certain critical systems of cold bosons. This opens up an interesting prospect of laboratory of black hole like quantum computing. Remarkably, a very similar ability of storing quantum information must have been exhibited by our Universe at the earliest stages of its evolution. This provides us with an exceptional challenge of decoding the primordial quantum memories imprinted in the Universe's fabric.
