The Slow Gravitino

I will first briefly remind some basic aspects of the Rarita-Schwinger Lagrangian. This describes spin-3/2 particles as the gravitino, the partner of the graviton under supersymmetry transformations. Then I will discuss why we are lead to consider violation of Lorentz symmetry and how it is included in a modified Lagrangian.
