Description

We consider the general EW effective Lagrangian based on the  symmetries of the SM, in particular the chiral and custodial symmetries of its scalar sector. This talk studies the interconnection of the different low-energy effective couplings with possible new physics resonances at energies over the EW scale (over the TeV), pointing out that each coupling is contributed by different types of resonances. Finally, we show some phenomenological analyses and discuss on current BSM exclusion bounds.
