Conclusions and Action Plan after 2020 IFAE Senior Staff Retreat

In late February 2020, IFAE’s senior staff held a retreat outside IFAE to discuss the 5-year future of research at IFAE and to provide input to our upcoming application to the 2020 Severo Ochoa call. After the retreat and several discussions within the Advisory Group and a further senior staff meeting, a document with conclusions and actions has been written. In this pizza seminar, will present this document to the whole of IFAE. It might be particularly interesting for early-career scientists (PhD students and post-docs), who were not involved in the discussions leading to it.
