Description
I discuss the use of perturbative methods to study the evolution of matter fluctuations in the context of large scale structure formation. After an extensive introduction, I compare a couple of recently developed techniques in perturbation theory as renormalized perturbation theory, the eikonal approximation and Pade resummation.
