LETTER OF SUPPORT
As part of the documentation to be sent to Madrid the ET proponents need to collect letters of support from Spanish institutions signed by their legal representatives.
Please send the letter by e-mail to mmp@ifae.es before February 20th (hard deadline). We will scan the letters and attach them to the documentation before submission. Please provide in a later time also the original letter by regular mail for the records. They should be sent to (M. Martinez, IFAE/UAB Campus Bellaterra, 08193, Barcelona).
Here am example of letter of support can be found but any format is equally valid.
PARAGRAPH FOR ESFRI DOCUMENT
The document needs to list the institutions interested in ET with a short description of the role each institution plans to play or the potential interests. Interested institutions should provide a short paragraph before 20th February (hard deadline) in English (plain text format). Please sent it by regular e-mail to sopuerta@ice.csic.es and mmp@ifae.es.
We offer here some guidelines:
- Please do not exceed 850 characters (spaces included)
- Indicate previous experience in GW detector/experiments if any
- Indicate previous experience in GW science (not experimental aspects)
- Indicate the area of interest in ET
- Data Analysis
- Detector Construction and Operations
- Computing
- GW modeling and model building
- Astrophysics, AstroParticle Physcs, Cosmology, Fundamental Physics studies
- Multi-messenger aspects using other facilities (EM, neutrino, cosmic rays, gamma rays, etc.)
Editors might need to slightly modify the text in pro of a consistent style across paragraphs.
