A document was submitted to CSIC on January 20th
(editors P. Cerdá, J. Garcia-Bellido, A. Sintes, C. Sopueta, M. Martinez).
We received a positive feedback. A letter of support is expected from
CSIC in the following days and in time for the final submission of all documentation to the Ministry.

- Editing team has been formed for preparing the document for the Ministry P. Cerdá , J. Garcia Bellido, A. Sintes, C. Sopuerta, M. Martinez, G. Mena
In additiion
S. Girona (for computing) and X. Luri (for the whole document) agreed on contributing to a proof-reading
A roundtable across institutions expressing their interest and position took place. We concluded the community present would integrated easily 80 persons
but at the same time there are communities potentially interested via multi messenger not completely represented in this meeting.
It was consensus it is important to increment the experimental community involved in the construction of the experiment.
Action items:
- Prepare a first version of the document by February 14th
- Collect letters of support from institutions (template already made available in INDICO) by February 20th
- Collect paragraphs from institutions interested to be integrated in the document and give guidance one the content
- Identify ICTS interested and collect letters from them as well
- Contact RIA for support (already done)
- Contact RedIris complementing support from BSC (already done)
- Allow for 1 week for comments
- Submission to Madrid tentatively scheduled on February 24th (already certified with Inmaculada Figueroa)
- Inform FPA and AYA Managers by the time of submission
