Starters (choice of one)

  • Double-cooked artichokes, egg yolk emulsion, and ham shavings
  • Pumpkin gnocchi with sage butter, kale, walnuts, and a Parmesan cheese cloud
  • Crispy crystal shrimp with a spicy touch
  • Quinoa bowl salad with oranges, dried plums, fresh spinach, walnuts, and a mint-lime vinaigrette (vegan)

Main course

  • Spicy steak tartare with mustard ice cream and toast
  • Chicken Stroganoff with crispy matchstick potatoes
  • Monkfish stew with clams, peas, and potatoes
  • Vegetable ravioli with basil tomato sauté and sautéed bean sprouts and olives (vegan option)

  • Cream Homemade Catalan
  • Chocolate coulant with whipped cream
